Celebrating the winning spirit, HNB Assurance PLC (HNBA) recently held the first ever virtual MDRT Day Conference to felicitate its 113, Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT) qualifiers. This is the highest number of MDRT qualifiers the Company has produced in its history, including 02 Top of the Table (TOT) and 08 Court of the Table (COT) qualifiers. MDRT, which was formed in 1927, is an independent association with a global count of over 45,000 professionals affiliated to insurance and financial services in over 500 companies, where membership is exclusively to those that surpass the given threshold. Sharing his thoughts, Chief Executive Officer of HNB Assurance and its fully owned subsidiary, HNB General Insurance Limited (HNBGI), Mr. Prasantha Fernando stated, “The ultimate dream of any insurance professional is to be become a member of the prestigious Million Dollar Round Table.
